Famous Nudes Charis Wilson – This photo, called Eloquent Nude, chronicles the relationship of Edward Weston and Charis Wilson. Charis died in 2009. She was a big part of Edward Weston’s most productive years. And no doubt she was one of the most famous nudes in modern photography. Her recollections, caught on film by McCluskey in 2007, and recreated by McCluskey – formed the heart of a film premiered on March 8th, 2008 at Portland Art Museum, Oregon.
